Welcome to our Zoom meeting. You will need to RSVP here through Eventbrite and also nominate your charity at the same time. Whether you can participate or not, you will receive the link to the Zoom Virtual meeting. Please note that You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting. You will be prompted to download the software, once you have clicked on the link that you have been provided. You may also wish to create an account, but that is not required to participate in a Zoom meeting.
We are once again very grateful to Emily Schaefer at Grapevine.org who is helping to facilitate our Zoom meeting.
You do not need a ticket for the event. Please disregard any reference to a "ticket, order, or attendee number"during the RSVP process. We will know whether you are participating once you complete this RSVP.
As always, the meeting will begin at 5:45 pm with a brief welcome, followed by three 5-minute presentations from the randomly drawn charities. Following their presentations, you will then vote for the charity of your choice. Your votes will be tallied in real time through the polling option on the Zoom call so we will know the winning charity right away. Following the meeting, I will send out an email with a re-cap of the meeting as well as payment details for the winning charity. So if you can't join the Zoom call you will still receive the meeting details immediately following the meeting.
